We www.roadtestsny.com reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Our site is protected by SSL when you book, so your payment details are secure. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorized access to information provided by you. We are only liable for our service fee.
BOOKING A TEST
Once you have paid for your road test, you will receive an email confirmation within one hour. You will receive your booking confirmation within 3-5 business days. In some cases, it may take longer than 5 business days for us to contact you. It is your responsibility to provide the correct email address as this is the only method of confirmation we provide. On occasion, we may require you to check the information provided in order for us to book your road test, we will contact you via email in this instance.
RESCHEDULING A TEST
At the time of registration, you must inform use of dates and times that do not work for your schedule. You must pay the administrative fee again if you would like us to book another test for you, in the case that your scheduled date does not work for you.
ROAD TEST ELIGIBILITY
It is you, the client’s, sole responsibility to make sure that you are eligible to be be scheduled for a road test in New York. We will not be held responsible for any factors that prevent us from scheduling a road test, such as inaccurate information provided, skills fee payment required, existing road test is booked, or any other factor which has deemed the client ineligible to be scheduled for a road test. We will make our best efforts to contact you via email to notify you of any problems with your registration.
ADMINISTRATION FEE
Our administration fee is payable at the time of booking, is non-refundable, and subject to change at any time.
PRIVACY POLICY
The information we collect via the Website may include. Any personal details you knowingly provide us with through forms and our email, such as name, address, telephone number etc. In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card-processing agency to verify your personal details for authorization. Such information will not be shared for any other purpose. Under no circumstances will we hold sensitive payment details such as your card number, expiry date and security code. All transactions are handled through our accredited merchant.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Once you have been notified of your test booking, we are not able to offer refunds. You may only request a refund if we have not notified you about your test date.
If the Test date has been booked, the contract has been fulfilled and the customer is no longer eligible for a refund.
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Please ensure all inquiries are emailed to info@ roadtestsny.com or through contact form on our contact us page. All relevant
